These terms govern business use of Staatus, operated by CHAIDLA OÜ. Contact: hello@olek.app.
Using Staatus
Staatus provides business automation tools, including employee scheduling and attendance. By creating or using a business workspace, you agree to these terms on behalf of that business and confirm you have authority to do so. Employees use the workspace under their business’s authorization.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and keep workspace permissions appropriate. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite and the settings and integrations they enable.
Your information and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize CHAIDLA OÜ and its service providers to process it as necessary to operate Staatus and the features you enable. Your business is responsible for lawful collection and use of employee information, required notices and instructions, and the accuracy of its records. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Contact us to arrange any required data processing agreement before uploading data that requires one.
Scheduling and attendance
Review generated schedules and recorded hours before relying on them. Your business remains responsible for staffing decisions, working-time requirements, payroll inputs and compliance with applicable employment rules. Staatus does not replace professional employment, payroll or legal advice.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid modules are subscribed to separately. The selected plan, currency, billing period, total price and applicable tax treatment are shown before payment confirmation. Monthly and annual plans renew at the selected interval unless canceled. You can manage billing and cancellation through the billing page and Stripe portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, as shown in the portal. A complimentary module grant does not automatically cancel an existing paid subscription. Contact hello@olek.app for payment errors, refund requests or disputes; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use and integrations
Do not use Staatus unlawfully, access another business’s data without authorization, interfere with service security, or upload material you have no right to use. Google, Stripe and other connected services have their own terms and availability. You control whether to connect optional integrations and must have authority to share the information sent to them.
Availability and ending service
We maintain and improve Staatus, but interruptions can occur during maintenance, failures or third-party outages. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements, with notice where practicable. You can stop using the service and cancel subscriptions through billing. Contact us about exporting your records and closing your workspace; retention and erasure follow the privacy policy and applicable obligations.
Changes and questions
The revision date appears above. We will communicate material changes to these terms or your paid service through an appropriate channel before they take effect where required. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Send questions or complaints to hello@olek.app so we can work with you to resolve them.
